#51 Squats for Beginners

Today Oshane and I briefly discuss squats and how the beginner should approach implementing and performing them within their training program. In this episode we'll talk about:
- how to perform an overhead squat assessment to determine if squatting is even a good idea (link below)
- how to properly warm up for squats (see video links below)
- why the goblet squat is the superior choice for beginners
- minor adjustments you can make to tweak your squat for the better
- where to progress things once the squat pattern starts to look solid
