On today's episode we have Angelina, who has been a client at GRIT for two years now. Angelina has experienced a tremendous amount of success up to this point in her fitness journey (down 40lbs!), but that doesn't mean it comes without it's fair share of setbacks and adversity. We'll dive into what some of these obstacles were, how she overcame them, as well as the physical and mental transformation that has occurred over the last two years as a result of consistent strength training.
